The dial exchanges of 104, 106 and 108 can connect 4 -8 extensions respectively only by an EXIT.ان التبادل الهاتفي 104 و 106 و 108 يمكن ربط التمديدات 4 -8 التوالي الا الخروج. The incremental extensions will not exasperate the circuit burden of telemarketing.التمديدات الاضافيه لن الدائرة تفاقم عبء التسويق. 1.1. Outside connectionsخارج صلات
When connecting outside, you need do nothing but dial a number, also you can use the "recall" key.عندما تربط خارجها ، فإنك تحتاج الا الى عدد الهاتفي ، كما يمكنك استخدام "اذكر" المفتاح. You do not feel that you were using an extension.انك لا تشعر انك تستخدم الامتداد. And you need not admonish any other one to dial special numbers first.وانك لا تحتاج الى أي أحد تعاتب الهاتفي الخاص الاعداد الاولى.
2.2. Distinct avert-seize-line functionمتميزه تفاديها اغتنام الخط الوظيفة
When you dial a wrong number or when you meet a busy signal, you can dial again in 2 seconds (the green signal not crushing out), and other extensions did not effect yours.انت الهاتفي خطأ عدد او عندما تجتمعون مزدحم اشارة يمكنكم الاتصال الهاتفي مرة أخرى في 2 ثانية (الاخضر اشارة الى عدم سحق) ، وغيرها من التمديدات لا أثر لك.
Note: Even the costly import telephone exchange has not this function.ملاحظه : تكلفة الاستيراد حتى الهاتف لم بهذه المهمة.
3.3. Computer extension connectionsتمديد توصيلات الكمبيوتر
When a connection coming from outside, the computers afford a guide sound (digital recording word ) and ask for an extension number.وعندما يتم الربط القادمة من الخارج ، توفر دليلا الحواسيب الصوت (تسجيل الرقمي كلمة ونطلب تمديدا العدد. 6.6. Manual connectionدليل صلة
In this state , when a phone call comes from outside, the extensions ring by turn or the assigned extension on duty ring.في هذه الحاله ، عندما يأتي مكالمه هاتفية من الخارج ، عن طريق تحويل تمديدات الطوق او المحال على تمديد الطوق واجب.
7.7. Muti-transferring and auto-correctingموتي - تحويل السيارات والتصحيح
When a phone call comes from outside, extension A can transmit to extension B, and B can transmit to C, the times is not restricted.عندما يأتي مكالمه هاتفية من الخارج ، يمكن ان يحيل اي تمديد لتمديد باء ، وباء يمكن ان ينقل الى جيم ، والاوقات ليست مقيده. It does not matter if you dial a wrong number at transmitting, you just need to enter a right number again.ولا يهم اذا كنت على خطأ الهاتفي في عدد يحيل يا عادل حاجة الى الدخول في العدد الصحيح مرة اخرى. After hearing a waiting signal, the first extension can hang up, and the circuit will not break (outside line hearing a waiting signal during this period ).بعد الاستماع الى انتظار اشارة التمديد الاول حتى يمكن ان تعلق ، والدائرة لن استراحه خارج الخط انتظار سماع الاشارة خلال هذه الفترة).
Correction: If transmitting to a wrong extension, the user just need enter a right number again (so do here-in-after).تصويب : اذا تحيل الى خطأ التمديد ، مجرد حاجة المستعمل الدخول العدد الصحيح مرة اخرى (ما نفعله هنا في بعد).
8.8. Three people talk on the telephoneثلاثة اشخاص يتحدثون على الهاتف
When an extension response a phone call from the outside, it can call another extension to take part in the talking.عندما امتدادا رد مكالمه هاتفية من الخارج ، يمكن أن نطلق تمديد آخر للمشاركة في المحادثات. One of the two extensions can abscond at any time and does not influence the other's talking.احدهما التمديدين الفرار في اي وقت ، والا يؤثر البعض يتحدث.
9.9. Responsiveness during no answerاستجابة اثناء اي رد
When a telephone call coming from the outside, extension A can transmit signal's extension B after answer , if nobody receives when extension B rings six times, every extension will automatically rings in turn to keep on signals..عندما مكالمه هاتفية قادمة من الخارج ، اي ان التمديد لنقل الاشارات بعد التمديد ب اذا كان الجواب لا احد ، عندما يتلقى تمديد ب الخواتم ست مرات ، كل تمديد تلقائيا الخواتم بدوره ان يبقى على الاشارات..
10.10. The inside talkingالداخل الكلام
Extensions can call each other without the EXIT, so talking is free charge.التمديدين ندعو بعضنا دون الخروج حتى الكلام الحر المسؤول.
11.11. The inside facsimileالداخل الفاكس
More than one facsimile equipment can be connect inside.اكثر من اجهزة الفاكس ، ويمكن ربط الداخل. The facsimile can be transmitted without telemarketing, so the work efficiency can increase.الفاكس يمكن ان ينتقل دون التسويق وبذلك يمكن زيادة كفاءه العمل.
12.12. The priority of the EXITاولويه الخروج
When talking are going on between two extensions, one extension of them can dial "*" and its numbers (1-8) connect to the outside, the other will break automatically.عندما يجري الحديث الدائر بين التمديد مرتين ، واحدة منها يمكن تمديد الهاتفي "*" وعددها (1-8) الاتصال الخارجي ، والاخرى كسر تلقائيا.
13.13. The outside telephone bustles to break the inside talkingالهاتف bustles الخارج لكسر داخل الكلام
If an outside telephone call comes when inside talking is going on, the sound of "du-" can be heard three times which bustling to break the inside talking.اذا كان خارج هاتفية داخل يأتي عندما يجري الحديث عن الصوت "دو" يمكن الاستماع التي تعج ثلاث مرات لكسر داخل الحديث. When one extension breaks, the other can connect the outside.عندما تمديد الراحة الاخرى ، ويمكن الاتصال الخارجي.
14.14. Secret talkingسر الكلام

17.17. Limitation of talking timeتحديد وقت الكلام
Time of talking through each extension is limited in twelve minutes, or extension would break automatically.وقت الكلام خلال كل تمديد محدود في اثني عشر دقائق ، او كسر التمديد تلقائيا. This function appeals speaker to make a long story short, also it can avoid the case that the charge is paid without talking because of not hanging up well after a telephone call.هذه الوظيفة تقديم الطعون المتحدث قصة طويلة قصيرة ، كما يمكن تجنب حالة عدم دفع الرسم دون الكلام لان لا شنقا حتى بعد مكالمه هاتفية.
18.18. Secretary functionوظيفة الأمين
(1) call by proxy: Your secretary may make an outside connection first, then transfer to your extension.(1) الدعوة بالوكاله : منكم أن يتقدم الأمين خارج الصدد اولا ، ثم نقل الى هاتفك.
(2) Ask for transference:(2) يطلب انتقال :
When the outside connection need transferring or use secretary functions, the first extensions hold up until other extension take up the hand and set to talk, at the same time the outside caller hear a waiting signal.عندما خارج الصدد ضرورة تحويل او استخدام الوظائف ، الامين الاول تمديد عقد حتى آخر تمديد تناول ناحية ووضع الحديث ، في الوقت نفسه نسمع المكالمه خارج انتظار اشارة. When one of the extensions hangs up, the other can talk with the outside caller.عندما يخيم من التمديدات الاخرى ، حتى يمكن الحديث مع خارج الخط.
19.19. Bug and alarm functionالبق والهلع وظيفة
(1) If outside line is stolen to connect, the telephone exchange will send a strong disturbance signal to arrest the dialling and connecting (at this time every extension can hear the stealing hint sound).(1) اذا كانت مسروقه خارج خط الربط الهاتفي ، سيرسل اشارة قوية الى اضطراب اعتقال والربط الهاتفي (وفي هذا الوقت لا يستطيع ان يسمع اي توسيع سرقة اشارة الصوت).
(2) When talking is going on between two extensions, exit is embezzled by somebody, the exchange can also send a strong disturbance signal to outside (at this time every extension can hear the stealing hint sound ), When the embezzler hang up, the extension with small number occupied EXIT immediately.(2) عندما يجري الحديث بين التمديد مرتين ، اختلس هو الخروج من هناك ، يمكن ايضا تبادل ارسال اشارة قوية الى اضطراب خارجها) في هذا الوقت لا يستطيع ان يسمع اي توسيع سرقة اشارة الصوت) ، عندما تصل ، embezzler هانغ التمديد مع عدد صغير الاراضي الخروج فورا.
20.20. The prevention of wiretappingمنع التنصت
If someone taps when talking is going on between one extension and the outside, the signals of "du-du" can be sent to the extension.اذا صنابير عندما يجري الحديث بين التمديد وخارجها ، اشارات "دو دو" يمكن ان ترسل الى التمديد. And the extension can warn taper directly against his illegal behaviour immediately.ويمكن تمديد تحذير تتناقص مباشرة ضد السلوك غير المشروع فورا.
21.21. Use without EXITاستعمال بدون الخروج
The telephone exchanger series can be used as the inside exchange without EXIT(having identical dialling signal, waiting signal, busy signal and so on).الهاتف exchanger سلسلة يمكن استخدامها داخل تبادل دون الخروج (رسالتان بعد الضغط انتظار اشارة ، اشارة ، اشارة مشغوله وما الى ذلك).
22.22. The No.1 extension is still working during power failureNo.1 على التمديد لا تزال تعمل خلال انقطاع الكهرباء
The No.1 extension can link up exit to assure communication during power failure, so as not to stop communication.No.1 على التمديد يمكن ان نربط الخروج على ان يكون الاتصال اثناء انقطاع الكهرباء ، وحتى لا تتوقف الاتصالات.
23.23. Programming functionالبرمجه مهمة
(1) avoiding disturbance: when a telephone call comes from the outside, the extension which has set up avoiding disturbance doesn't ring.(1) تفادي اضطراب : عندما يأتي مكالمه هاتفية من الخارج ، فان التمديد الذي انشأ تجنب ازعاج لا الطوق.
(2)setting the extension on duty : the extension which hasn't set up avoiding disturbance is on duty.(2) تحديد التمديد على واجب : التمديد الذي لم يضع على تجنب الاضطرابات واجب.
(3) computer operator or manual exchange: different user can select computer or manual exchange.(3) مشغل حاسوب او دليل تبادل : مختلف مستعملي الحاسوب او ان تختار الصرف اليدوي.
(4) Delete bug: bug can be deleted.(4) تحذف عله : عله يمكن حذفها.
(5) setting up FAX interface: an extension can be set FAX interface, if nobody receives a call from outside, and the FAX can be connected.(5) اقامة وصله فاكس : تمديد فيمكن وضع وصلة الفاكس ، واذا لا أحد يتلقى دعوة من الخارج ، ويمكن توصيل الفاكس.
(6) altering the time of FAX delay: the initial delay time is 4 rings, according to the user, it can be set to 2-4 rings.(6) تغيير وقت الفاكس التأخير : تأخير الاولى من الوقت 4 حلقات ، وفقا للمستخدم ، ويمكن لمجموعة 2-4 الخواتم.
(7) restoring initial setting: user can restore the initial setting .(7) اعادة تحديد الاولى : سهلة يمكن استعادة وضع الاولى.
24.24. Reserving time of setting during power failure ( power failure memory ).المتحفظه وقت خلال تحديد السلطة الفشل فشل قوة الذاكرة).
If using programming function to alter the setting, the last setting can berets for 40 years.اذا البرمجه باستخدام الوظيفة لتغيير وضع آخر ، يمكن وضع القبعات لمدة 40 سنة.
25.25. Shielding signalاشارة التدريع
When an extension is operating special function ( for example #54*????# ), it may be at odds the number of the calling extension.عندما تعمل تمديد مهمة خاصة (مثلا *؟؟؟؟# # 54) ، قد يكون في عدد من الصعاب الدعوة الارشاد. In order to avoiding conflicting , user can press "*5" firstly (don't hang up).بغية تجنب تضارب ، ويمكن للمستعمل ان الصحافة "* 5" اولا (لا تعلق المتابعة). After hearing dialling signal, he can operate special function.وبعد الاستماع بالضغط اشارة يمكنه ان يعمل وظيفة خاصة.

The 104,106 and 108 exchange can be laid on a desk or hung on the wall.ان 104،106 و 108 الصرف يمكن زرعه على مكتبي او تعليقه. The exit line and the extension line (#1-#8) should be differentiate.خروج الخط وتمديد خط # # 1 - 8) ينبغي التفريق. Each of them has not electrode, but they must contact well.كل منهم لم electrode ، بل يجب الاتصال ايضا.
If the exchange series are only taken for the inside use, do not occupy "EXIT".فلو ان اسعار السلسله الوحيدة التي اتخذت لاستخدامها داخل ، لا تحتل "الخروج". ?.Usage?. الاستعمال
1.1. Dialing for outside connectionالهاتفي للخارج السياق
After hearing dialing signal, dial the need number.وبعد الاستماع الهاتفي اشارة الهاتفي عدد الحاجة.
2.2. Dialing extensionتمديد الهاتفي
Press "#", then press the number of extension (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8); the caller can hear a waiting signal, and the extension being called will ring.الصحافة "#" الصحافة ، ثم عدد التمديد (1،2،3،4،5،6،7،8) ؛ المتكلم يمكن ان نسمع اشارات الانتظار ، وسوف يطلق تمديد الطوق. If no answer after 6 rings , the caller will hear a busy signal .اذا لم يكن الجواب بعد 6 الخواتم ، يستمع المكالمه مزدحم اشارة.
Correction: If the users have dialed a wrong number, just hang up and the extension being called will stop ring.تصويب : اذا مستخدمي dialed خطأ عدد فقط ، وتعلق على التمديد المطلوب وقف حلقة.
3.3. A phone from outside There are two ways of connecting outside: the computer or manual exchange.هاتف من خارج هناك طريقتان لربط خارج : الحاسوب او الصرف اليدوي. The initial setting is in manual exchange.الاولى هي في تحديد الصرف اليدوي.
A: Computer exchange:* تبادل الحاسوب :
When the outside call connects successfully, the computers afford "digital recording hint word".عندما ندعو خارج يربط بنجاح الحواسيب تحمل "تلميح كلمة التسجيل الرقمي". The outside speaker can input an extension number (1.2.3.4.5.6.7.8) within 4 seconds and the corresponding extension ring, otherwise every extension ring in turn (or the assigned extension rings).خارج المتحدث ان المدخلات امتدادا رقم 1.2.3.4.5.6.7.8) في غضون 4 ثوان وتوسع حلقة ، وكل حلقة التمديد بدوره (او المحال تمديد الخواتم). When the outside call connects successfully, every extension ring in turn, and you can take up any one of the extensions to connect the outside.عندما ندعو خارج يربط بنجاح تمديد الطوق ، كل بدوره ، ويمكنك تناول أي من تمديدات ربط خارجها.
4.4. outside connection transmission(manual exchange)خارج الصدد الارسال (صرافه)
After an extension responding the outside, it can devolve to other extension: first press "#" and then input the extension number ( 1- 8 ), the devolving times are not limited.بعد التمديد رد الخارج ، يمكن ان تؤول الى توسيع اخرى : اولا الصحافة "#" ثم المساهمة تمديد عدد (1 - 8) ، ونقل اوقات لا محدودة. When the first extension receives a waiting signal, it can hang up.التمديد الاول عندما تتلقى اشارة الانتظار ، يمكن ان يشنق. The corresponding extension ring and talk with the outside.تمديد الطوق المقابلة والحديث مع الخارج.
Note: When dial a wrong number, the first extension can dial again.ملاحظه : عندما الهاتفي خاطئ ، العدد الاول ديال التمديد مرة اخرى. If it has hanged up, you can take up the hand within 3-5 seconds, at this time the outside line automatically changed back to the first extension, and then the user can dial a right number.اذا كان قد شنق حتى يمكنكم تناول ضمن 3-5 جهة ثانية ، في هذا الوقت خارج الخط يتغير تلقائيا الى التمديد الاول ، وعندئذ يمكن للمستعمل ان عدد ديال الحق.
5.5. three people talking on the telephoneثلاثة اشخاص يتحدث على الهاتف
(1) After an extension responding the outside, if the users want another extension take part in the talking, he can first press "*" and then input the extension number (1-8).(1) بعد التمديد رد الخارج ، اذا المستعملين يريدون تمديد اخر يشارك في الحديث ، وهو أول صحافي ان "*" ثم المساهمة تمديد عدد (1-8). The corresponding extension ring , and another person can join in.المقابلة تمديد الطوق ، وشخص آخر يمكن ان اشارك فيه.
correction: do the same as Note of item 4(outside connection transmission)تصويب : تفعل نفس الشيء علما البند 4) خارج السياق الارسال)
(2) During two people talking with the outside caller on the telephone, of the users want to cut the other extension's connection, he can press "#" firstly and then input his own extension number to keep connection while the other extension automatically abscond.(2) اثناء الحديث مع شخصين الخارج على مكالمه هاتفية من مستخدمي تريد قطع علاقتها تمديد آخر ، وهو ان الصحافة "#" أولا ثم المساهمة بلدة تمديد ابقاء عدد الصدد بينما هرب اخر تمديد تلقائي.
6.6. secretary functionوظيفة الأمين
(1) call by proxy: In a company which has a secretary, the outside connection can be made by the secretary, and then she or he transmits the phone call to manager or 3 people talk with one another.(1) الدعوة بالوكاله : في الشركة التي امين خارج السياق ، يمكن ان يقوم بها الأمين ، رجلا كان ام امرأة ، ثم يحيل مدير هاتفيا او 3 اشخاص يتحدثون مع بعضهم البعض.
Example: Your extension number is #1.مثال : هاتفك الرقم # 1. After the secretary makes the outside connection, if she wants to transmit it to you , she can press ##1 ( outside connection transmission), or #*1 ( 3 people talking with one another).بعد الامين يجعل خارج الصدد ، اذا ارادت ان تحيل الامر لكم ، ان الصحافة هي # # 1) خارج السياق الارسال) ، او * # 1 (3 اشخاص يتحدثون مع بعضهم البعض).
